Tell students where your office is and encourage them to stop by with questions and course related problems.
Furthermore, teachers must be aware of the commitment that our work entails: we are the people responsible for the physical and psychological environment that takes place in the classroom; We are the ones who are going to transmit or promote knowledge in the students. Besides, Teachers can ask students to work through a problem. Begin to teach students how to participate in your class. Engaging students in coursework during the fi rst session gives them an idea of what your class will be like.
In short, don't forget to ask students to list the goals they hope to achieve by taking each asignature. Teaching; for me, is a subject where they teach us the importance of being teachers. A teacher not only teaches his students, but a teacher is also a reliable, kind, and protective person. Teachers are there to protect and care for the student. The work of a teacher is incredible because they transmit knowledge so that young people feel motivated to fight for a better future, without crime, and work as honest people. The teacher is the one who advises you, who helps you, the person who gives you a helping hand. The subject of teaching prepares us for the future, to improve as students and now as professionals.
For me, a successful class is when a student understands the subject with practical objectives, a student feels safe sharing their ideas with classmates, and a successful tutorial is where everyone participated. When we talk
about teaching, people tend to believe that it is as simple as giving homework
and unnecessary activities to make students waste their time. When I was at
home, I used to read on Facebook people who used say that teachers used to
give too much weird homework or without a purpose. Probably, in that moment
that used to mean as the teacher did not want to give classes but the problem
was our educational system was not ready. I proposed this as an example because
teaching is something beautiful and there are cases when people believe that
our work is banal. Their perception is that we are lazy and we like
to send or give homework nonsense. For me, an example of success is when your
students have been practicing, committing mistakes, feeling comfortable when
they have committed them, and after other practice, they have solved by themselves
the issues. Or when they have been active during the class and they have made
questions about the topic and could understand the topic after being in a
pickle. That’s so beautiful to me! Sometimes being a teacher is hard, but when
our kids go backward their goals and I see them accomplished is something that
I cannot explain to. There are many examples of success but I thought this when
I read the statement.

We have been talking about how important is the
first day of class, and I think an example of success would be really hard to measure
because teachers have to set course expectations, create good relationships with
the students, etc. all of these things must be developed the first day of the
class, but teachers must keep all of that things during the whole course because
the course doesn’t end at the end of the first day of class.
In sum, what I want to say is that an
example of success could be when the teacher implements all of those things mentioned
during this topic, but the teacher keeps performing that things during the whole
course, not only on the first day.
Imagine, a teacher who not only set a good
