    How to be a excellent teacher and have success in class, when we are in love with our profession, we give the best of ourselves to the people we are working with. For that reason, we need general strategies in the classroom like to maintain the classroom clean for students, do not forget that students have to feel comfortable in the classroom both cleanly and academically.

    Dedicating our life to teaching is much more than transmitting knowledge. In reality, it is a lifestyle that involves constantly practicing observation, empathy, good communication and that drives us to be constant enthusiasts and creators. Sometimes, students feel lose in each asignature; so for this trouble, teachers can Invite their students to attend your office hours. Tell students where your office is and encourage them to stop by with questions and course  related problems. 

    Furthermore, teachers must be aware of the commitment that our work entails: we are the people responsible for the physical and psychological environment that takes place in the classroom; We are the ones who are going to transmit or promote knowledge in the students. Besides, Teachers can ask students to work through a problem. Begin to teach students how to participate in your class. Engaging students in coursework during the fi rst session gives them an idea of what your class will be like.

    In short, don't forget to ask students to list the goals they hope to achieve by taking each asignature. Have students, in small groups or individually, list two or three goals in the form of statements about knowledge, skills, interests, or attitudes. Students can also rank their goals in terms of how diffi cult they may be to achieve.

    Teaching is not an easy task since it is not simply opening a book and explaining its content. Teaching is transmitting values, attitudes, thoughts, and virtues. Moreover, success in teaching is when a teacher positively influences the lives of their pupils, but how do we know that we are creating a positive impact in the lives of learners? 

    A love for learning and teaching is at the heart of a successful teacher's definition (Chron Contributor, 2020). In fact, it is important to demonstrate a positive attitude because it allows instructors to handle the negative of a situation that is outside of their comfort zone. Furthermore, being informed and innovative will help teachers succeed in their lessons and create an environment where students understand actual situations with better examples of reality.

    In summary, a successful teacher is not only measured by the amount of knowledge he possesses but by his ability to create a pleasant class and environment for all his students and colleagues.

    Teaching; for me, is a subject where they teach us the importance of being teachers. A teacher not only teaches his students, but a teacher is also a reliable, kind, and protective person. Teachers are there to protect and care for the student. The work of a teacher is incredible because they transmit knowledge so that young people feel motivated to fight for a better future, without crime, and work as honest people. The teacher is the one who advises you, who helps you, the person who gives you a helping hand. The subject of teaching prepares us for the future, to improve as students and now as professionals.

For me, a successful class is when a student understands the subject with practical objectives, a student feels safe sharing their ideas with classmates, and a successful tutorial is where everyone participated. The teacher motivated the students in an educational way. The teacher not only teaches about topics with information; the teacher also changes the student's life to improve it.

    When we talk about teaching, people tend to believe that it is as simple as giving homework and unnecessary activities to make students waste their time. When I was at home, I used to read on Facebook people who used say that teachers used to give too much weird homework or without a purpose. Probably, in that moment that used to mean as the teacher did not want to give classes but the problem was our educational system was not ready. I proposed this as an example because teaching is something beautiful and there are cases when people believe that our work is banal. Their perception is that we are lazy and we like to send or give homework nonsense. For me, an example of success is when your students have been practicing, committing mistakes, feeling comfortable when they have committed them, and after other practice, they have solved by themselves the issues. Or when they have been active during the class and they have made questions about the topic and could understand the topic after being in a pickle. That’s so beautiful to me! Sometimes being a teacher is hard, but when our kids go backward their goals and I see them accomplished is something that I cannot explain to. There are many examples of success but I thought this when I read the statement.

    Talking about the first day of class and the influence it has on students and teachers, one use for success would be for example icebreakers. Engaging students with icebreaker activities is a great way to set the tone for the rest of the semester. Icebreakers are designed to help students feel comfortable and get to know each other, which can lead to increased participation and collaboration throughout the course. One example of an icebreaker activity is "Two Truths and a Lie," where each student shares three statements about themselves, two of which are true and one that is false.

    The rest of the class then tries to guess which statement is the lie. Another idea is "The Name Game," where students say their name along with an adjective that starts with the same letter as their name (e.g., "My name is William and I'm wonderful"). These activities not only help students get acquainted, but they also promote active listening skills and create a fun atmosphere in which learning can take place.

    We have been talking about how important is the first day of class, and I think an example of success would be really hard to measure because teachers have to set course expectations, create good relationships with the students, etc. all of these things must be developed the first day of the class, but teachers must keep all of that things during the whole course because the course doesn’t end at the end of the first day of class.

    In sum, what I want to say is that an example of success could be when the teacher implements all of those things mentioned during this topic, but the teacher keeps performing that things during the whole course, not only on the first day.

    Imagine, a teacher who not only set a good relationship with the class, and he/she maintains that relationship with the class during the course, but also he/she discusses his/her objectives, and at the end of the course, those objectives were accomplished. This is a good example of success.

     Teaching is not a profession for everyone, as you need to have a vocation to teach other people, considering that sometimes being reflective is a bit complicated as this quality is achieved with the experience of dealing with students. Some teachers may not have the spark to know how to teach and create a positive environment for students, which can negatively influence their learning performance. Teachers must make a difference in students’ lives. It may be difficult; notwithstanding, they acknowledge when they are doing the best for their students, such as considering the feedback they receive from students, as their positive comments and gratitude indicate a meaningful influence.

    Teachers have to observe students' engagement and motivation in class, as active participation signifies their ability to create an engaging learning environment. Furthermore, teachers must be monitors as they control students’ progress; therefore, they look for ways to improve their grades and test scores. Additionally, teachers must break away from traditional teaching by implementing lessons about the current world and popular topics. Consequently, teaching has made a difference when students demonstrate knowledge and skills in practical situations or connect academic concepts to real-life scenarios.
